Shipping
The region is dependent on the destination country. It is therefore particularly important that the correct destination country is selected in the profile. Before login the destination country is the country of the online shop.
The maximum weight limits the weight of the goods without any packaging materials and is calculated from the cart contents. The current product weight can be read off of the shopping cart in the right area. A change of the shopping cart contents may amend the freight charges.
The shipping flatrate includes the shipping costs, packaging materials and handling time.
The delivery time is just an empirical value. Deviations are possible for various reasons, since the handover to a logistics company the goods leave our sphere of influence. If we are responsible for a delay in delivery or even notice or delivery is returned, then you will be notified immediately by email.
